Absolutely. We begin with a solid and durable concrete base, onto which a timber built frame is added – sometimes with steel supports, depending on the design.
These panels are strong, thoroughly insulated and are pre-made off-site, ready for assembly. BBA approval ensures that stringent regulations for safety, durability and strength are adhered to.

Where planning permission is required, or you wish to apply for a Certificate of Lawful Development and we can help make the application on your behalf.
We can advise on this when we meet you and undertake a site survey. The vast majority of our garden rooms and garden studios either meet or exceed all aspects of building regulation controls, but often don’t require a formal application to be submitted, avoiding inspection by Building Control officials.
Wherever building regulations are involved, we ensure that all standards are met and the relevant certification is acquired. All electrical installations are carried out by qualified experts and our customers receive a Part P certificate. All buildings with 15 square metres floor area that are within 1 metre of the boundary of your garden require fire spread protection measures. This information is included in our specifications.
As our buildings are pre-fabricated off site and flat packed, in most situations, these are easily moved through limited access routes. Our site survey will determine how we overcome any access challenges.
We can even carry out full installations when the only form of access is through your home and this includes measures to avoid any potential damage.

Yes of course. Your power supply is usually brought in from the main consumer unit in your home. Sometimes this supply may need modification and our qualified electricians will ensure that you are provided with a safe, effective and fully certified system.
Water and drainage can also be linked to the main services at your home. Pumped waste systems are commonly used, providing your garden room with fully functioning toilets, sinks, showers and kitchen areas.
